A fast paced role providing all manner of HR support (operational and strategic) to both sales and support functions two locations including office and logistics / warehousing facilities. 1 direct report and dotted line reports from our HR Admin team.Responsibilities include absence management, benefits / well-being, employee relations as well as project.

Standalone HR Role providing multi-site support and service for over 20 depots and 1800 employees on all manner of HR matters from Employee Relations to Recruitment.

I began on Enterprise's Graduate scheme where I experienced all areas of the business and which provided the opportunity to run a rental branch with all of the diverse challenges that this would involve (HR, Marketing, Finance, Customer service, Sales).I later moved into the HR department which provided a great foundation of diverse employee relations.
