Standalone HR Role providing multi-site support and service for over 20 depots and 1800 employees on all manner of HR matters from Employee Relations to Recruitment.

I began on Enterprise's Graduate scheme where I experienced all areas of the business and which provided the opportunity to run a rental branch with all of the diverse challenges that this would involve (HR, Marketing, Finance, Customer service, Sales).I later moved into the HR department which provided a great foundation of diverse employee relations scenarios in a multi-site organisation (around 40 locations in the Northwest alone).
