Implemented agile methods across all projects that reduced time and costs by over 50% while increasing quality and project success. Provided technical leadership to develop object oriented strategies for IBM Application Solutions, Personal Systems, and Software Group. These strategies led to significant shifts in IBM’s development and marketing approaches to take advantage of the emerging OT market. Provided technical guidance to application solution groups on issues such as industry data models, object oriented databases and development processes.
