As a Surveyor I travel the country taking roof measurements, check structural integrity, plan cablerouting and design the PV Systems with a 3D modeller. On an average I cover a distance of 500 -800km 3 days a week.Two days a week I process staff payroll, rep wages, and undertake any administrative, accounting, and HR tasks assigned to me. I draft and executed over 30 staff contracts and appraisals, established astaff holiday tracker, as well as contributing to the design and assessment of the CRM system.I m currently assisting in the ISO application by preparing the Competency Matrix, Sales ProcessFlowchart, and compiling the Company's Health & Safety Mission Statement.

Research, design, and project manage €600k budget managing a mix of main contractor and directlabour to deep retrofit two 100 yrs old properties from roof down.Arigna, Co Roscommon was upgraded from G rated energy rating to D1. It went from requiring 40kgof coal per day for 10 months a year to just 1 tonne of coal ( €200) per year.The derelict building in Ballynahown was upgraded to A1 passive standard with a heating cost of €237per annum (pre-PV solar).I also establish a near zero waste, self sustainable homestead in Arigna where I produce a variety ofvegetables and fruits from Mar to Dec. The establishment of Ballynahown Homestead is ongoing.
