In a very short space of time MOFILM became the worldwide leader in user generated content sourcing. Working with over 60 global brands including PepsiCo, Coca Cola, Visa, Nokia, AT&T, Unilever, General Motors and many more.As one of the founding team I designed, created & managed the entire technical environment and team. My role spilled heavily into operations management and saw me managing teams & infrastructure across 3 continents. I helped build the business model; grow & nurture the community; account manage; compliance generation and offered up innovation & KPI driven growth.I built the platform still used by MOFILM today to service their huge network of tier 1 brands. I was entirely responsible for the product development - conceptualising the design, user experience and architecture as well as coding. As the company grew and secured funding I recruited a small team based in UK, North America and India.The platform processes thousands of video submissions every day as well as engaging with the social networks, YouTube and complying with strict brand restrictions.MOFILM was acquired by The Brandtech Group (formerly You & Mr Jones).

The group is growing rapidly even through the current economic climate and expect a turnover approaching £30m at year end.The Group manages promotions, advertising and commercialisation within the UK's top shopping centres, retailers and city centres.In addition to implementing wide-reaching policies and procedures to deal with the rapid growth of the business, I project managed and designed their bespoke, in-house CRM system. The software was built in C# .net with a MySQL back-end.

I was headhunted by the DX3 board to provide insight and advice on their existing digital platform. I was subsequently asked to design and launch the development of a new mobile music platform - delivering digital music and original artist ringtones to mobile handsets leveraging mcommerce and ecommerce payment mechanisms.As well as helping to restructure their engineering team and processes I designed and led the development of their new mobile platform. It was the world's first agnostic, DRM enabled music to mobile platform - capable of managing millions of mobile music tracks, ringtones and other mobile content. It complied with the strict requirements of the mobile regulators along with the demands of the major and independent music labels.The project was hugely successful adding millions of pounds of value to DX3 who were subsequently acquired by the major Indian technology company - IMI
