Into a third decade of service to Nestle Australia - for the majority working in one of our Broadford site's service departments (DISPENSARY).Main roles include the manufacturing, batching, delivery of all raw materials (colours and flavours) that enter the plant for the production of Allen's Lollies.Stock Control, Variance Reporting, Reconciliation of Process Orders and Materials, New Product Trials, Trouble Shooting, Cost Saving Projects are all other aspects to the role which offers challenges, responsibility, and experience.I’m also a passionate site advocate for workplace safety - both physically and mentally. Outside of full time employment work, I’ve always lent myself to local sporting clubs with the aim to mentor and/or develop youth, as well as help/mentor/support volunteers through my own experiences gained at higher levels.From late 2012 to present I have been fortunate to contribute across all ages and programs in the AFL’s TAC/NAB/CTL pathways - in coaching & development as well as Recruiting/Talent Identification within the AFL club system.Despite all of the above, my greatest thrill and achievement is being a father - and whilst I now tackle it on my own as a single dad, the 3 Nolan kids give me daily pride and assurance that together we can achieve anything.
