In addition to offering telehealth for clients located anywhere in Texas, I'll see clients in-person Mon-Thurs at the office at FBC Arlington, and Friday at the Central Office in Dallas.

While on full-time staff at Community of Faith, joined their Community Counseling Team as a Pastoral Counselor in 2016. Completed a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019 and expanded my role to a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in March 2020. Upon completing more than 3,000 hours of supervised experience, transitioned to a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2022.

While on staff at Community Faith and continuing a role on the Children's Ministry Team leading ministry for 2nd/3rd grade (100+ children and 20+ volunteers), added the role of Missions Director for Local Schools.Mobilize 50+ volunteers to serve in two local elementary schools as readers to students and mentors. Partner with the schools and coordinate 200+ volunteers to produce the following annual events: Winter Wonderland, Spring Carnival, Back to School Supply Drive, Playground Renovation, and Christmas Assistance.

Lead Children's and Family ministry for 1,500+ children from birth through grade five, 200+ volunteers, and multiple full time staff persons. Present engaging bible lessons to children from Pre-K through 5th grade during three weekend services per week. Train parents to have spiritual conversations with their children about their faith and baptism through bi-monthly Children’s Baptism Class. Lead annual off-site weeklong children’s summer camp for 200+ children and 20+ volunteers, and weeklong sports and arts camp for 500+ children and 200+ volunteers.Make hospital and home visits for children and families who are sick or in need of pastoral care. Officiate weddings and funerals (about 10-12 per year).
