Lead position on the services team. Responsible for serving as the highest escalation point on customer incidents and after-hours support, as well as the highest point of escalation for technical issues on project implementations. Architect of system designs and implementation best practices. Responsible for business analysis and project management of client onboarding. Extensive use of Microsoft SQL Databases, also served as escalation for specialized Cinema staff scheduling Software: MovieTeam.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Primary position on Technical Services Team. Provided ongoing support directly to cinemas’ management, staff, corporate office staff, and IT teams. Assisted with software and hardware fixes, with go-live implementations of new software, online updates, server builds, and customization. This role required personal travel to 80+ different cinemas throughout the U.S. during my time in the position, resulting in successful project go-lives for each cinema across multiple different theater chains. Software expertise, project management, and customer relationship management skills were required to make sure customer expectations were set and their requirements were met.

Provided end user tech support, was in charge of training Internal Service Representatives, and training Agents on shipped software. Also promoted to QA Manager in charge of streamlining processes, developing solutions for identified issues, and heading Tier 2 customer support. Responsible for testing new features for usability and provided feedback on test cases. Also frequently wrote most of the outgoing advertisements, newsletters, company blogs, and e-mail templates.
