After a spell at the National Economic Development Office I moved into computer programming, progressed through to software design, client liaison, project management and then to being a founder Director of Counterpoint Systems Ltd, a significant software provider to the music industry. I moved into the Music Publishing industry in 2004 and, from 2007 through January 2016 I was General Manager for Conexion Media Group PLC.At Conexion I was responsible for all aspects of the administration excluding finance - general office management, IT, liaison with clients and suppliers, Royalty and Copyright administration. From February 2016 through December 2018 I worked as a consultant to various clients within the music publishing sector and undertook some volunteering for Cancer Research UK. From 1st January 2019 I am very pleased to be back in full time employment as Revenue and Tracking Analyst for Compact Media Group and am enjoying working for them and with their friendly and highly competent team.
