This role gave me further responsibility and autonomy over the communications space, and working in a flatly structured, tight-knit team we were able to achieve the positive feedback results laid out for us, and implement our own 90 day plan for the next quarter in the customer service space.I helped to boost the showroom sale conversion rate fairly substantially, and leveraged more referral customers and glowing endorsements for the brand because of the attentive and sincere customer service I offered.
