Content creation across the full range of social media platforms and digital distribution websites has left me with the experience to match the strong message of my clients, with the nuanced nature of an online audience.It has left me with a rich understanding of measuring goals against outcomes, and being able to get to the heart of the matter within the limitation of time constraints. It has made me more adaptable, more outcome focused, and better at empowering my clients in their professional and creative goals.

During a transitional time for Sleeping Duck, I learned much more about e-commerce and digital marketing. This role gave me further responsibility and autonomy over the communications space, and working in a flatly structured, tight-knit team we were able to achieve the positive feedback results laid out for us, and implement our own 90 day plan for the next quarter in the customer service space.I helped to boost the showroom sale conversion rate fairly substantially, and leveraged more referral customers and glowing endorsements for the brand because of the attentive and sincere customer service I offered. This was a great role with a fantastic emerging brand, within a team dedicated to the customer ideals.
