At Comcast I was hired to own metrics reporting for the Internet Essentials product that offers Internet for low-income households, and was later tasked with leading build of a critical web app after a legacy product sunset. I served as Project Manager for the build of a new Internet Essentials app, with responsibility for oversight of a third-party software development vendor, liaising with business stakeholders, translating requirements to teams, backlog grooming, and driving delivery. The new app enabled retirement of a legacy app and provided increased insight into the product’s customer base and KPIs. In my initial role I compiled product usage metrics on the Internet Essentials product and made weekly presentations to SVPs and senior leadership to provide insights used to inform product strategy. My analysis included subscriber forecasts, establishing KPIs and methods for data gathering, and working with tech teams to build dashboards for real-time program insights. During my tenure the program saw a 50% YoY increase in paid customers and 50% reduction in average time from signup to connection.
