Created and co-led privately-held healthcare consultancy that provided commercial and product development services for 30+ small to medium sized, public and private pharmaceutical companies and healthcare service businesses. Offices in New Jersey, USA and Manchester, UK.

Head of specialty pharma group in US/ UK investment & drug development public company. Responsible for licensing, fundraising, and product development. Licensed in two clinical stage compounds as the basis of Amilar Pharmaceuticals, a Women's Health business that I set up and ran as CEO.

Responsible for Revenues, P&L and >100 team in US and UK medical communications businesses. Increased profit from 12% to 28% and revenue per head by 55% in two years, Oversaw global pharmaceutical client relationships in USA and across Europe; added five new clients with sales >$5m. MAC launched and rejuvenated products and portfolios on US, UK and international basis delivering programs around the world. A division of Quintiles Transnational, MAC worked with HQ, affiliate and national strategic marketing, brand and medical affairs teams.

Started up and grew US office to 35 people in <3 years. Added five new US-based multinational clients to existing roster of three. Participated in acquisition of US focused medical communications business as part of expansion into US domestic clients. Led integration into Quintiles broader resources including medical information, project management and broader commercialization services.

Identified, developed and sold international medical marketing communications programs for pharmaceutical companies. Worked with teams in US, UK and Japan. Company was a subsidiary of Pearson plc.

Global Marketing; led launch planning and execution of new anti-infective product. Strategic planning marketing responsibilities for respiratory portfolio. Relocated from UK to join S-P's HQ marketing team.
