The purpose of this role is to support the Finance Transformation and the WPP AUNZ Finance Leadership Team to help drive change across all business disciplines, particularly finance. Responsible for all technologies used within the BI team, creating strategies and making recommendations in relation to existing tools and the potential use of new tools in the BI space. Leading and coaching a team of analysts to initiate and drive innovations and improvements across the business through effective use of BI technology. A hands-on role with role and the central conduit for BI technology for the wider business, managing the successful delivery of BI projects through partnering closely with the extended IT / applications team and business partners at all levels of the organization.

The primary function of this role is to work with the business to identify, develop and maintain BI solutions that support and maximize the use of data from all business applications and / or to increase efficiency through process automation to provide insights to the business. The role is focused on building new BI solutions and managing products already deployed as well as covering requirements gathering, testing, documenting, and training.
