The Harvard Club in Maine, founded in 1878, stands as one of the oldest Harvard alumni clubs in the world. We organize multiple events during the year: from social parties & networking events, to seasonal outdoor adventures, to The Game, of course! My role involves working with our executive officers to attract an ever-increasing diverse group of alums, from those who graduated in the 1950s to recent graduates, from many different schools and demographic backgrounds. I continue to support the arts as a principal Board Member at the Chocolate Factory Theater, the premiere incubator of progressive thinking in live performance in NYC. As Chairperson of the Chocolate Factory's DEII Committee, my responsibilities include moderating committee meetings, running Board Inventory assessments to highlight strengths & gaps in board competencies, and helping to lead our pathway for transformation to develop a more representative board, artist roster, and audience that reflect the Chocolate Factory's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Grants for Arts Projects (GAP) awards reach communities in all parts of the country, large and small, and with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. These awards represent 15 artistic disciplines/fields: Artist Communities, Arts Education, Dance, Design, Folk & Traditional Arts, Literary Arts, Local Arts Agencies, Media Arts, Museums, Music, Musical Theater, Opera, Presenting & Multidisciplinary Works, Theater, and Visual Arts. I served as a panelist for the Dance Awards. The first round of 2022 awards provided 1,498 organizations with nearly $33.2 million, reaching communities in every state, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

HIVE (Harvard GSE Innovation & Ventures in Education) unites students and alumni from across Harvard University around education innovation, providing access to resources, mentors, networks, workshops, and competitions to develop impactful solutions to worldwide education problems. As Co-Executive Director, I worked with our team to innovate and codify HIVE's vision, brand, programs, and systems, helping to prepare HIVE for greater scale and impact in subsequent years.
