I am a product strategy and business leader who has led initiatives resulting in millions of products sold and billions of dollars in revenue. I'm someone who thinks big and challenges the status quo. I've been fortunate to lead some of the largest, most strategic initiatives at each of the companies I have worked. I have seen success leading software and hardware initiatives at both global brands (Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile, HTC) as well as in a startup environment (Glympse).My approach to building products is to start with the user's pain and work backwards. I lead with empathy and am passionate about using technology to convert real-world problems into simple, delightful experiences. As a leader, I ensure each team member understands 'why'​ we are building something, so they can be inspired to think beyond 'what' they are being asked to do and be empowered to find the best solution to achieving the goal.
