Special Operations and Sensitive Activities Account Executive to support SOSi’s Business Development organization. Enabling the company’s growth objectives by leading pursuit of Special Operations and Sensitive Activity related acquisitions and interacting, creating, and maintaining relationships with customers within Department of Defense, SOCOM, and its subordinate commands. Preparing market strategies, identifying and helps creating emerging opportunities, and developing capture plans in coordination with the company’s business units.

Director of Operations (J-3) for SOCOM’s Strategic Effects Directorate (SED). The SED is a combination of an operations, strategy, plans and policy division along with two threat based and capability based cross functional teams.• Manages and responsible for the day to day management of 72 senior military, civilians, and contractors within the SED. These personnel include various Interagency (IA)/Intelligence Community (IC), Functional Combatant Commands, and SOF Special Mission Units to the SREC, and the organic SREC LNO detachments located with five Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC).• Synchronizes and integrates operations, activities, and investments. Ensures all current and near-term future multi-domain operations comply with USSOCOM Commander’s orders and guidance. Developed and implemented SREC policies and guidance to ensure the best use of low-density high demand special operations forces are allocated and employed in support of the Joint Force.• Developed and integrated operational approaches for complex problems ensuring available resources are allocated appropriately and a return on investment is clearly articulated.

United States Senior Defense Official & Defense Attaché (SDO/DATT) to Honduras. Serves as the personal representative of the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Commander of U.S. Southern Command to the Honduran Minister of Defense, Vice Minister of Defense, and Chief of Defense in a senior diplomatic capacity. Responsible for all bilateral U.S. - Honduran military cooperation and U.S. train and equip assistance to Honduran’s Armed Forces. Plans, programs, and executes security cooperation programs annually. Serves as the principal military adviser to the U.S. Ambassador to Honduras and provides expert analysis and policy advice to senior U.S. policy makers and allied governments. Oversees two subordinate offices consisting of more than sixty U.S. and Honduran employees: Military Assistance Program - Honduras and Defense Attaché Office Honduras; and coordinates the activities of all U.S. military forces under Combatant Command authority assigned to Honduras.

Latin American Regional Program manager and Senior Lieutenant Colonel for the Army Director for Strategy, Plans, and Policy. Develops the Army's future plan and implementation for 400 Foreign Area Officers in the Western Hemisphere using a budget of $20 million.

Managed, programmed, and executed the second largest Department of Defense security cooperation program in Latin America, in excess of over $180 million and supporting the government of Colombia's military to deal with a counterinsurgncy and post conflict development against the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). Worked extremely close with U.S Embassy Interagency and Senior Colombian military and government officials in strategic level planning on post conflict policy for the government of Colombia.

Chief of assignments and talent management for all Foreign Area Officers in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Executed the career management of over 500 Army Foreign Area Officers, and directly executed talent management in critical diplomatic and staff positions in over 130 countries worldwide.

Served as lead Central American subject matter expert for a 4-Star General Officer Staff. Advised senior level strategic leaders on Latin American sensitive and strategic issues, and Latin American military and foreign policy concerns. Also served as the Executive Officer/Aide to the 3-star Deputy Commander of US Southern Command. Directly coordinated across senior staff members that the Deputy Commander's intent and guidance was received and understood. Provided advice, insight, and recommendations to the Deputy Commander when meeting with senior members from the Department of State, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and senior Latin American civilian and military leaders.

Worked independently as a forward deployed Special Forces advisor/trainer for Ecuadorian Special Operations forces in support of the US Embassy in Ecuador. As the only US DoD representative forward deployed, I was the principal advisor to the US Ambassador and DoD Country Team for all matters related to counter narcotics and US policy objectives along the Ecuadorian/Colombian border.

Commander of a 12 man Special Forces Operational Detachment consisting of Senior non-commissioned officers and warrant officers. Responsible for preparing this special operations team for foreign internal defense, special warfare, and surgical strike operations through advanced, individual, collective and multi-echelon integration training in a unconventional, joint, interagency, and multi-national combat environment. Directed and led a 150 man conventional, Special Operations, and Afghan organization in Afghanistan responsible for over 70 combat operations leading to capturing key targeted individuals. Also responsible for a budget in excess of $10 million in equipment.
