Established and managed the Hays Energy business in Western Australia. Recruited and managed an excellent team of Consultants specialising in full turnkey recruitment solutions for the Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Transmission and Distribution Industries. Reporting directly to the MD for Energy I also provided strategic technical and operational support across the wider Australia and NZ Energy Divisions.In addition to managing Hays Energy I was also given managerial responsibility for the Construction specialist business units for Hays which included Buildings, Heavy Industrial Construction and Civil Construction across Western Australia.I was responsible for recruiting and managing operational teams, key account management, business development, delivering strategic targets and key objectives across these business units, in addition as Senior Business Manager I was part of the Senior leadership Team within the WA business.
