My job includes a variety of different roles to maintain the overall operations internally and externally. I assist our lead manager in keeping track of warehouse inventory and then with conducting sales analyses of those materials.In addition, I assist in generating the orders for overseas materials from our international vendors in a time-sensitive matter while taking into consideration our internal analysis and the current supply chain status. I also build and maintain strong business relationships with these vendors to aid the progression of CPTnS.Once orders are placed, it is my responsibility to keep track of the overseas containers being brought in by providing necessary documents to gain clearance by US Customs. In addition to the supply chain management, I also aid in the overall day-to-day operations of the company as we continue to grow and expand at an incredibly rapid pace.

Upon being hired at DSG, I was cross-trained on all levels of the store. I oversee various sections at a time, ensuring brand representation is exceptional throughout. I have become a trusted partner between management and fellow employees, and will often be asked to complete multiple tasks at once, or take on additional roles because of my skillset. Working at one of the busiest locations in the state has presented me with a variety of challenges that have helped me strengthen my skills in sales and customer service.

Due to COVID-19, this internship became 100% remote just before the start date. Through this program, I joined daily calls with lead experts in the field to listen in on their experiences and challenges to learn new applicable skillsets for the industry. I also was able to learn from different mentors about programs and products offered within the industry and how to determine the right sales technique based on the situation.

I gained an immeasurable amount of financial knowledge from my experience at TD. One of my main job duties included assessing the needs of customers and performing the necessary transactions. Some of these transactions included deposits, mobile banking errors, vault appointments, withdrawals, credit card applications, etc. Oftentimes, patrons could benefit from services we offered but were't aware. I was able to exceed all my sales goals by recognizing these gaps and forming relationships with each customer that came in. My customer service skills excelled, and i was able to claim the most sales points for that branch.

I was hired by the student center at Kean University where I was positioned in the game room. My main role was to oversee the equipment and patrons to ensure proper utilization. I was also responsible for all paperwork regarding guests, patrons, equipment exchange or damage and incident reports. General duties included organization of equipment, cross collaboration with different sections of the student center and enforcing campus regulations.

As a seasonal role, I would provide necessary landscaping needs based on the time of year. I worked alongside many individuals who spoke primarily Spanish, so it enhanced my communication skills tremendously. In this role, most shifts were 9-12 hours long in the heat, requiring dedication, focus and active movement.
