About Chris Perkins

I have always been fascinated with people's career journeys and how they end up doing what they do. My own career started in retail (with the intention of opening a record shop) and then stumbled into HR. I've since spent over 20 years in rich and fulfilling roles spanning the employment lifecycle.At a time when the world of work is fundamentally changing and people are experiencing more fluidity in their careers than ever before, I bring all of my experience to bear on promoting and growing Randstad Enterprise - the global partner for talent. The coaching and transition solutions I am responsible for help organizations improve retention and engagement, generate more internal mobility, drive more inclusivity, accelerate development, and better manage onboarding, returning to the workforce or smoother transitions.Our coaching and transition solutions were born out of a need to innovate in an HR services sector that follows an outdated model and lacks a fresh, contemporary approach to guiding companies and their people from beginning to beginning.
