My practice focuses on litigation, transactions and counseling for established and emerging companies. I am typically retained as the lead/trial counsel in patent litigation or in disputes involving copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, unfair competition or breach of contract. More specifically, I have handled software cases involving various technologies, including IIOT or the industrial internet of things, distributed networks, speech recognition systems, flight simulators and financial analyses; and other cases involving communications network hubs, chemical components relating to metallocene catalysts, and mechanical devices relating to environmental cleanup, oil field tools, oil rigs, oil and gas processing and other systems.
