As a HRMP participant via a 90 day rotation I immersed myself in the holistic role via trainings, mentoring, observing, and contributing. Coaching is the primary focus in this role with managers through Senior Directors across AMER and the whole of the business being the primary audience. Group coaching is the primary focus and technique employed so that managers can self discover and embrace in order to lead heathy, motivated, and high performing teams.
