In this role, I built and directed the CIS PMO and delivered large-scale enterprise solutions to continuously upgrade the Western Union security posture, supporting both infrastructure projects as well as Western Union agent network fraud-prevention projects. As the program leader, I provided and monitored budget targets (approximately $16M) throughout the year. I hired, retained, and directed senior project management personnel. Our key projects included global rollouts of Encryption Key Management, Intrusion Prevention Devices, Amazon Web Services, and Endpoint Threat Defense.► Defined, planned, orchestrated, and delivered 5-8 concurrent large-scale technology integration projects – all of which were enterprise-wide/global, and all implemented on time.► Presented strategy and presentations to the CISO as well as the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

Guided a team of 50+ cross-functional contributors in delivering technology to ensure the product would perform without fault in a high-volume transaction environment. ► Equipped a Fortune 50 retailer with payroll technology that eliminated 750K paper paychecks per pay period. Directed the project delivery across five cross-functional teams. ► Headed program to help federal government receive EFT transfers from taxpayers through a system that moved $2T in funds per year. Managed the client relationship, defined the program requirements, negotiated the SOW and deliverables, and mitigated risks across the program timeline.
