Responsible for delivery of IT operations and management consulting engagements to Fortune Global 2000 client firms. Managed and completed client projects that focused on operational performance improvement, technology startegy, business/IT alignment, service catalog design, cost reduction initiatives, sourcing/outsourcing strategies for the data centers, distributed support, networking and service desks. Also accountable for client relationship management and business development activities in target accounts and key clients for North America. ISG is the powerful combination of TPI, STA and Compass Management Consulting.

Accountable for all information technology services and operations for the Midwest Practice with emphasis on service level improvement and technology planning. Managed a team of 50 with an annual budget of $11MM. Responsible for customer support services, data/voice network, telecommunication services, infrastructure projects, end-user communications and technical issue resolution activities for all offices, practices and administrative teams within the Midwest US; covering 12 offices and over 3200 users. Also responsible for the planning, standardization and implementation of new and strategic technologies that support line of business and firm objectives.

Accountable for all information technology operations, services, products and functions for the Americas Region with specific emphasis on strategic application implementation and support service level improvement. Managed a team of 80 with an annual budget of $21MM. Responsible for applications, hardware/software support systems, data networks, telecommunication equipment, infrastructure projects, end-user communications and issue resolution activities for all offices, consulting practices and administrative teams within North & South America, covering 38 offices and over 2800 users. Responsible for key relationships with internal and external support teams to ensure the firm's IT support model provided the foundation for the enterprise IT direction and the business objectives of the firm.

Launched a technology and management consulting firm for small & medium businesses that specialized in solving client business problems through the deployment of new technologies, processes and organizational realignment. Engagements included: accounting system implementations to provide improved financial analysis capabilities and reduce operating expenses; sales force automation and reporting to provide current data for critical marketing decisions; restructuring client organizations to support the client's business strategies and objectives; and creating marketing plans for new business ventures, product introductions and new service offerings.
