Having grown rapidly in the last 18 months, they needed to implement more robust organisational systems and processes, which I helped them with in this interim role of Projects Manager. I worked with them to improve their Agile processes, methods of estimation and client communications. I also introduced a time-tracking system and detailed cash flow procedure to give them greater clarity on how they can improve their operational efficiency and overall margin on projects.
