In brief our company, consulted on combustion performance testing on boilers in doing so we are able to determine the current state of the boiler(s), monitor the emissions and whether or not the coal is being fired efficiently. We test coal qualities and consult on correct firing and advise on the best coal for your operation. The wealth of knowledge gained through working with experts in the field, making us confident in improving efficiency. Through regular testing we are able to monitor the boilers and if there is room for improvement and to record these changes in order to fire less fuel (reducing cost), reduce emissions and increase the output. Irregularities shown can be addressed before becoming problematic. We do test gas and oil fired boilers as well – in our experience customers that fire these fuels do not know the amount of that could be saved, until they have been tested and the results come back to show the wastage.With new and improved methods of increasing efficiency we have helped many achieve their goals with regards to saving of fuel thus reducing costs.
