This role reports to the Community Manager and shares responsibility for the overall operation, and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and maintained Community. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws; maintains acceptable and supportive environment for all residents; interacts with and supervises vendors.

Led all front office operations of 450-room, business traveler-oriented union property.• Managed staff of 30+ employees of wide-ranging ages and cultural backgrounds including recruiting, hiring, evaluating, coaching and, when necessary, terminating.• Worked with union representatives during and after strike to rebuild relationships, positive environment and sense of team.• Set leadership tone for team of knowing the customer – primarily business and convention attendees with some tourists to achieve improving customer satisfaction ratings.
