I served customers, and aided the owner of this franchise to ship via US Mail, Fedex, UPS both domestic and international packages and letters. I handled printing, laminating, and design of brochures and menu items for small and large businesses. I also helped patrons with providing moving, and office supplies. The reason I had to leave this great owner was to start my career in education, and to continue coaching.

Created a startup sales division for IT Support, and Print Management. My accomplishments included creating synergy between copier sales and service with the new IT Department, creating new Print Management Training Manuals for future employees, and establishing a new potential client base of interest for future success. I left with the idea and the blessing from the owner that I could act as a consultant for his sales professionals as needed.

I was hired as a short term contract employee to spark sales momentum in the right direction. I sold IT support service and IT equipment. I used my vast people and customer network to stimulate sales. The reason I left was that I realized their was not going to be further assistance from me that could make an impact on the future direction of this great business.

As a call center employee I handled incoming customer service calls for a regional cable company for clients with technical assistance. I was able to manage communication between several departments when customers needed answers, and when handling client renewals. As a Senior Account Executive my responsibilities included providing companies with health insurance benefits. This was accomplished by telecommunication, and face to face appointments. Also referrals, and follow up communication was utilized to grow membership. Insurance products that I brought to the market included Health, Life, Short Term Disability, and Dental benefits. The reason I left was due to my need to find out how to grow my own business and due to the fact that United Healthcare bought my original employer Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Inc.

I started in a customer service position that involved explaining the chemical reaction of the product, and then moved into a sales position. The product line included an air activated hand, toe, body warmer, and energy bar. Their products were targeted to individuals, retailers, sports teams, wholesalers, and distributors. The reason I left was to move to Charlotte, NC to gain experience in outside sales.

Helped patients get therapeutic therapy such as ultrasound, traction, and electric stimulation. Also, I have assisted patients with their stretching and exercise routines. The reason I left was to finish my B.S. in Biomedical Science.
