As a Provider Recruiter at 360care, I am passionate about connecting qualified and compassionate dentist, pediatrist, optometrists and audiologists with nursing homes and assisted living facilities across 18 states. 360care is the largest ancillary provider to these facilities in the United States, and our mission is to better the lives of others through access to care.With over eight years of experience in healthcare staffing, I have developed strong skills in client onboarding, employee training, contract negotiation, social media marketing, and compliance. I work closely with the Provider Relations Director and the hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding. I also coordinate trade shows, create maps and reports, and post on social media to promote 360care's brand and services.
