This is my 2nd time having this ranking.As a consistent top global producer, my market focus (the area I place candidates in) is the Syracuse, Utica, Ithaca, Binghamton areas and the North Country. I do a substantial amount of placements in this territory (always permanent placement and not temp/consulting roles). I also manage our high performing Buffalo and Rochester markets.Robert Half has over 400 offices worldwide and well over 10,000 employees to assist with hiring needs. After working for the Big 4 (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young), my Robert Half career began in the Toronto, Canada office. In 2012 and 2013, I finished as the top producer in Toronto and also ran a team which became the number one producing team in the country. In the Spring of 2014, I accepted an internal transfer which led me back home to the US to build out our direct start/perm division (Robert Half Finance & Accounting) in my current production territory, Central NY. In the Fall of 2019, I was promoted to manage our Buffalo/Western NY perm practice and in the Fall of 2021, promoted again to also manage our Rochester, NY perm practice. Both locations doubled their revenue after I took over and became one of the top performing offices at Robert Half.I focus on direct start/permanent placement positions from intermediate to executive level (finance, accounting, HR and operations). I place candidates with a salary from about 50k to 250k plus.The clients I assist range from small companies with $1M to $2M in revenue to global Fortune 500 companies, across various industries. My style has always been the same: a straight-forward approach which leads to an honest and ethical relationship with all clients and candidates.
