My main focus at Transcendia was to service and maintain end users and resellers in a territory that included Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas.

Built business accounts while maintaining existing ones. Used Sandler Sales System program daily by first developing a bond and rapport with customers. Established upfront contracts and then identified customer’s pain. Determined budget and the final decision making process. Formulated global strategic planning and sourcing strategies and drove tactical execution along with territory planning. Managed existing key business relationships and established new accounts with leading plastics manufacturers. Worked with sources in China, South Korea, Brazil, and Mexico to leverage supplier relationships and drive key initiatives. Negotiated, implemented, and managed supplier contracts and service level agreements. Held full P&L responsibility for business until selling in October 2013. Managed 3 sourcing specialists in Ningbo, China office. 
