My passion as a healthcare professional is to ensure the highest quality of patient and family-centered care through compassion, innovation, and excellence. I have been privileged to play a direct role in the continuous improvement of processes affecting healthcare quality, access, and outcomes. It is a very exciting time in health care as we transform from traditional fee-for-service models to more value-based models of care as a member of a clinically integrated network. My current focus includes the design and implementation of population health management programs as well as ACO implementation initiatives as we continue to expand our value-based care footprint.
