• Support Senior Account Brokers with portfolio management of Fulton Hogan Australia Pty Ltd, John Holland Group & BOOM Logistics.• Administration of new policies, renewals and endorsements; • Acquire and maintain an awareness of the client's business and insurance needs; • Timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency and all other documentations; • Liaising with clients, underwriters and claims managers; • Develop and maintain a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance and specialist services which the company offers to its clients.

Customer Service role in an inbound call center dealing with mobile phone insurance claims. Required efficient processing of claims over the phone including the assessment of fraudulent activity. A role that was undertaken part time while I completed my university studies.
