Directed all aspects of administrative support for the 324 personnel within the division, to include the constant influx and exiting of new and transferring/separating personnel. Provided guidance to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), staff and supervisors on all security matters, conducted periodic security inspections and exercises, maintained compliance with federal and company security directives, authored divisional level security directives, safeguarded information against unauthorized disclosure, processed foreign travel documentation and authorizations. Managed budgeting and procurement for division. Handled divisional FOIA requests. Maintained department document control.

Led a 3 shift 32 person team in the transportation of munitions, supplies, and equipment necessary for the division’s 24/7 operations. Managed coordination and scheduling of departmental operations, training, and vehicle maintenance. Primary objective is the loading and unloading of munitions to the B-2 bomber for training and combat operations.

Led a 43 person workforce responsible for the assembly, testing, maintenance and disassembly of conventional munitions supporting the B-2 bomber. Managed all personnel training within the workcenter. Managed all munitions training for the 324 person organization. This section routinely handles more than 250 thousand lbs of explosives annually worth in excess of $150 million. Our gold standard is safe and efficient operations; in my time we had no work related injuries and never missed a deadline.

Led a team of 13 in 24 hour operations. Managed all scheduling, manning, emergency management and operational oversight for the 300+ person division. Advised senior leaders of emerging trends, ongoing operations and upcoming projects. Coordinated with outside agencies for all divisional needs.

Managed the complete scope of security programs for a division of more than three hundred people. Personnel and physical security tasks (security clearances, access badges, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability assessments, etc.) were the majority of the work accomplished. Created the division’s standard operating procedures regarding security processes. Additionally, advised the head of the organization on budgeting/resource management, managed division's purchasers, the travel program, to include funding and vetting individuals spending.
