Chris is a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy, a leader in the Financial Services Practice and the Head of Insurance Strategy across the UK and Ireland. He has over 25 years consulting experience, advising leading insurance companies, banks and financial services organisations in the UK, Europe and globally. He has helped senior executives address their most pressing strategic issues - including developing winning strategies, launching innovative new propositions, leveraging Data & AI to transform customer journeys, aligning operating model design, pursuing simplification and cost reduction and effectively managing merger integration and restructuring.Chris is passionate about driving compressed transformations and bridging across business and technology, including:• developing data, AI, digital and IT strategies which are truly customer and business-led, • ensuring clarity of vision and roadmap, underpinned by a compelling transformation value case, • designing and executing large-scale transformation programmes to deliver, and • providing advice and delivery assurance to executive teams and boards to increase the odds of success.
