Administered the department budget and managed federal, state, and foundation grants and funding including partnerships with the US & NH Department of Education, US & NH Department of Health and Human Services, US & NH Department of Transportation, Social Security Administration, and school districts. Oversaw culture, inclusion, and staff development efforts, and provided coaching for performance improvement for a diverse staff. Participated in the Executive Leadership Team.

Facilitated the workforce development coalition, a collaboration of regional providers, stakeholders, and government agencies to advance services and professional development. Success with an entrepreneurship demonstration project led to a role on the NH Small Business Development Center Advisory Board and a US Small Business Administration award.
