I landed my dream job when I was 28 years old.Whether it was reading the newspaper on my father's lap or looking up at a clear blue September sky, my earliest memories are about learning about the world around me, and that my little corner of rural Nova Scotia wasn't as isolated as others might think. I have carried those combined passions of learning about the world around me and championing rural Nova Scotia as I have sought out experiences to broaden my horizons and shape me into the person I am today.I have had the opportunity to work for a large national retailer doing data analysis and supporting logistics. I have experience doing research on a variety of business opportunities for a Crown corporation. I worked with a small but quickly-growing local business to help establish public-facing programming and, later, bring efficiencies to their e-commerce program. I gained experience in commercial property valuation and space measurement. This combination of experience lends me the tools to help businesses solve problems or take advantage of opportunities, which is what I continue to do now.I am excited to be just one of many, many people who are working to ensure that rural Nova Scotia is able to thrive in the coming years, and I look forward to discussing how I can help you do that, too.
