I created spreadsheets and updated databases allowing seized mail to be destroyed expeditiously.Intercepted packages with invalid postage and had them returned to the sender.

As a part of the Policy department, I focused on improving the tenancy of renters in Brooklyn. I developed a working rapport with numerous Tenant Association presidents and kept city records of the associations current.I worked closely with Borough President Marty Markowitz and staff on various events.
