Senior Product Planner in the Microsoft Services Managed Solutions team around Risk Assessment Programs (RAP's), including ADRAP, SQLRAP, EXRAP, MOSSRAP, and others...I was responsible for the strategic direction, prioritization and communication plans related to the Risk Assessment Programs, including the future direction planning for RAP as a Service, the next generation Assessment platform build in the cloud. Also the Knowledge Storage Engine (KSE), the IP management system for Diagnostics, assessment and best practice IP for PFE (and CSS).During my time as a Product Planner, I met with stakeholders, evaluated potential business value and solutions and worked with the development teams to prioritize the best value with lowest cost to maximize throughput.I set the 3 year directional roadmap and worked with business leaders to reprioritize work based on emerging technologies and company directions (cloud first efforts).I also worked with the business to review strategic priorities, cost of support metrics (top call generators) and used this information to build out a direction, and strategy for the Risk Assessment Business.I provided large group presentations, and communications related to the 3 year vision, release plans and priority efforts, including speaking at large conferences, like Microsoft's TechReady.During my time as Product Planner, I was the face of the Risk Assessment Program, working with external and internal stakeholders, collecting and analyzing feedback from survey responses and other customer feedback about the service, direction, and quality.I also held responsibility for communications framework, including supporting SharePoint sites, datasheet/marketing materials, Social marketing (facebook,, etc) and other communication strategies.
