Maintains, updates to SBCs and manual contracts.• Monitors, tracks, intakes, fulfills and reports on timely and accurate production of SBCs, EOCs, and group service agreements.• Retrieves and analyzes benefits from Benefit Enhancement Tracking System (BETS) and Common Membership (CM) systems.• Assists in the editing, review, and proofing to ensure accuracy and consistency of benefit materials, as needed.• Responsible for maintaining desk top manual of all functions performed within this position and for the department.• Programming plans and benefits for member marketing platform (FCA). Manage/maintain timelines to meet the needs of account management for go-to-market strategies, and sales for their prospective and new group proposition needs. Work with account management to understand competitive consistency in our marketing tools. • Assist with the testing of production material prior to annual contract renewal process. Clearly understand the plans and benefits and how they should be displayed to our members and groups on the documents being provided.
