Provide safety support to the Federal Aviation Administration by carrying out data extraction and analysis in support of the FAA's ATSAP initiative. ATSAP is helping to identify safety concerns within the NAS while providing an avenue for controllers to voice their concerns in a confidential arena. Just a few of the task areas I've supported include new member training, developing processes for the efficient handling of voluntary safety reports received from ATO personnel providing air traffic services and participation in workgroups involving procedural improvement and standardization of ATSAP and the online systems associated with the program.

LM is a major contributer for the manufacturing of wind tower blades for national distribution. While there I was responsible for three departments including Cut & Trim, Finishing and Assembly. I was required to maintain the direction of 40-50 employees while meeting weekly production quotas. Coordinating with engineering, the quality department and upper management was of utmost importance as we were driving to double the size of the company while increasing production in a shortened time frame.
