As a senior member of a team of eight, I was responsible for identifying and developing large scale, self-serve user interfaces and value-add improvements, supporting BAU processes and aiding performance. Mentoring junior members of the team and providing guidance and insight to senior managers and key stakeholders.

Within a team of two, I Managed Engineer Roster Implementation from inception to Publication into the main Work Management System., ensuring Engineers were Optimized from Local to National Level. Developed a self-serve, semi-automated facility to allow operational managers to develop rosters with local and national requirements considered. Additional to this was a program called Absence Tracker, which managed pre-planned absences within seasonal thresholds and agreed resource level boundaries.

Developed MI/BI Portal Structures and Insight Reporting to provide smarter Ways of Working and Effective Management Practices. Developed Work Measurement Report. Developed 3 and 5 year Business Planning Models.
