This effort resulted in significant and measurable improvement of uptime from infrastructure to printers, student digital library access, student lab and technology advancements, and support.✦ I took leadership responsibility in developing IT technical support operations for engineering teams, growing it from 5 disparate IT support personnel supporting a corporate campus of 1,800 users to a global organization across 83 sites supporting 10,000 users.✦ Created and led of best in class infrastructure services for seven global data centers, managing 18,000 high performance computing servers and providing infrastructure for 50PB of storage.✦ Developed and owned processes for IT integrations in M&A acquisitions valued at up to $900M, overseeing 15 critical transitions to ensure seamless infrastructure integration and operational continuity.✦ Delivered an end-to-end program for a diamond grading lab in Dubai, leading cross-departmental stakeholders to implement best-in-class processes, cloud-first technology, and an ISO-compliant build within a highly regulated country.
