I provided day-to-day operational management of the nanofabrication facility, implemented online planning tools to optimize systems usage & maintenance cycles by our user community and support staff, and provided over 30 PhD students & postdoctoral researchers with nanofabrication & characterization training, additionally I developed nano & micro fabrication processes and performed fabrication of experimental devices for nanophotonic, plasmonic and biophysics research

I managed the project team for setting up a new facility within the institute to provide state-of the art opportunities in nano research for the scientific community within the greater Amsterdam area and institute partners.
