San Diego Research Department leader for a one of the largest global commercial real estate (CRE) firms. Duties included the management of real estate based databases; compilation and analysis of quarterly CRE statistical data; generation of ad hoc analyses for colleagues and clients; creation of custom market information and studies for pitch materials, offering memorandums, and broker opinions of value; management of Senior Research Analysts and Associates. Recently utilized Python and its various libraries to scrape data from third party databases and assemble the information into tabular text files (CSV). Along with the other board members, I assisted in the approval process of architectural requests of community members, enforced CC&R and community policies, approved community vendors, designed and implement budgets, and addressed homeowner issues as they arose.

Generated and analyzed quarterly market statistics utilizing in-house building database. Assisted in writing quarterly and custom market reports. Served as system administrator for in-house building database and lease comparable database. Produced market information and fulfilled on-demand requests for 75+ agents. Trained new employees and brokers on using Metroscan, Costar, Xceligent and various other software. Programmed custom Crystal Reports that tracked information such as market share analysis, lease comp auditing and verification report distribution, and absorption table generation. Assisted in the coordination and management of two additional full-time researcher associates and a dedicated GIS analyst. Attended and provided input at monthly Operations Group meetings.

Sold computer hardware and software to students and staff at the SDSU campus bookstore.

Monitored two computer labs with over 80 computer terminals for SDSU's University Computer Operations (UCO). Provided technical support for students using computer terminals. Distributed printed output to students utilizing the student mainframe.
