As the Founder and CEO of Climavision, I am passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform the way we understand and respond to weather and climate. With over two decades of experience in the weather and climate data industry, I have dedicated my career to developing innovative solutions that drive resilience and sustainability.At Climavision, we are pioneering a new era of weather forecasting by integrating advanced radar and satellite technology with proprietary data analytics and AI. Our mission is to provide hyper-local, real-time weather intelligence that empowers businesses, governments, and communities to make informed decisions in the face of weather and climate uncertainty.Before launching Climavision, I leveraged weather data to enhance operations in several weather sensitive sectors, including transportation, energy, media, defense, and international governments. As the Chief Executive for Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), I oversaw the manufacturing and deployment of national remote sensing networks on every continent. Prior to EEC, I led strategic market and product development efforts for AirDat (acquired by Panasonic Avionics) and The Weather Channel Companies.I am a certified Air Force aviation weather operations specialist and received the Meritorious Service Medal. I earned a BA in Journalism from the University of Montana. I'm the winner of two Emmy awards, the most recent of which recognized our work at EEC for technological achievement in the design and engineering of a mobile weather radar network for NBC Universal Television Stations Group.
