About Chris Mooney

My career in learning and development began 25 years ago. When I set-up my training consultancy in 2012, I quickly fell in love with and realised the vital importance of wellbeing and mental health development. I have extensive experience in learning, development and group facilitation, both in-person and virtually - I'm one of a rare breed who has facilitated virtual learning since 2013; I didn't have to 'pivot' to it because of a Pandemic (I'd heard of Zoom before it was cool) - and I’m also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, proud to support people in my private practice through online therapy.I can be your trusted partner in providing your people with the essential space that they need to maintain their mental health and wellbeing.Providing access to therapy not only shows your investment in taking proactive care of the people who drive your business, it will positively impact your bottom line when it comes to results and absence. I’m an accredited Clarity4D personality profiling business partner and I’ve continuously developed my knowledge, skills and experience in a way that makes sure I can best support my clients and their unique needs.Outside of work, I love spending time with my two dogs and when I'm relaxing, I can usually be found in front of the TV watching Coronation Street, Strictly or something equally as highbrow.I continue to develop my professional knowledge and skills to keep my clients’ and their needs at the heart of everything that I do, and to provide you with the best possible experience during our work together.Like all of us, I’ve had my own struggles and blocks in my life to work through – trauma, bereavement, negative habits, unhealthy coping mechanisms – and I’m here to combine the personal and professional to help people and organisations strengthen their mental health and wellbeing, so that they can thrive inside and outside of work.
