My career in learning and development began 25 years ago. When I set-up my training consultancy in 2012, I quickly fell in love with and realised the vital importance of wellbeing and mental health development. I have extensive experience in learning, development and group facilitation, both in-person and virtually - I'm one of a rare breed who has facilitated virtual learning since 2013; I didn't have to 'pivot' to it because of a Pandemic (I'd heard of Zoom before it was cool) - and I’m also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, proud to support people in my private practice through online therapy.I can be your trusted partner in providing your people with the essential space that they need to maintain their mental health and wellbeing.Providing access to therapy not only shows your investment in taking proactive care of the people who drive your business, it will positively impact your bottom line when it comes to results and absence.
