Talent Manager supporting the Healthcare Analytics and Delivery Solution within McKinsey New Ventures: the innovation arm pioneering new ways of delivering impact to our clients through expertise and asset-based consulting services.Primarily responsible for talent initiatives across the solution portfolio, directly partnering with solution leadership on bespoke talent strategy for each operating unit within the portfolio, and providing ongoing professional development support for the expert consulting population

Chief of Staff to Chief Operating Officer (February 2016 - Jan 2017): Management partner to new executive responsible for overseeing Real Estate and Facilities and offloading other departments from CEO. Oversaw year end performance and compensation review process for department of ~100.Co-Head of Recruiting and Head of College Recruiting (December 2014 - February 2016): Reported directly to CEO as part of 3 person department leadership team. Oversaw year end performance grade review process for department of over 100.Head of Management Associate Program and Management Recruiting (January 2013 - December 2014): Reported directly to CEO to transform Bridgwater's management recruiting strategies across lateral and university recruiting including complete internship overhaul. Worked with CEO and leadership group to strategically allocate, train, and develop management talent across the firm. Chief of Staff to Head of Systems Research (January 2012 - December 2012): Management partner to Senior Investment Leader responsible for overseeing Bridgewater's investment system. Oversaw talent performance management and development.

Chief of Staff to Head of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities: Management partner to department head for Corporate Real Estate and Facilities responsible for talent management and shared services to growing department. Also held several direct management roles over time while managing searches for longer term hires including Head of Facilities Infrastructure and Head of Transportation.
