CurrentMaturing the cybersecurity function at RE/MAX including:- Incident response/Investigation of events: Creating incident response plans and runbooks while also actively responding to events and contributing to root cause analysis. - Security operations such as monitoring and alerting and coordinating with other teams such as IT Ops and DevOps/Engineering teams. Also driving table-top exercises across many teams so we can get better before an incident happens.- Technology risk evaluation and secure implementation review for products different parts of the org are considering adopting.- Vendor and third-party risk management through developing and participating in risk review processes for vendors and partners. Establishing security requirements and testing for enforcement of vendors and service providers.- Meeting compliance and regulatory demand by staying up to date on relevant industry standards and regulations, legal requirements and compliance standards.- Collaborating with the governance, risk, and compliance team on risk management by identifying security risks, vulnerability, threat modeling, evidence gathering and process optimization.- Responsible for Security Architecture and Design through collaboration with Engineering and Infrastructure and Product teams as early as possible in the process.- Planning cybersecurity objectives with leadership and executing strategy.- Threat intelligence and threat hunting
