Appointed to turnaround and stabilize under-performing function. Managed operations for B2B insurance products leading team of 120 employees and controlling $9 million annual budget. 

Led the Project Management Office Office (PMO) through a period of unprecedented change, which included partnering with a consulting company to transform the group to an Agile project deployment group. Also responsible for the startup of a product development discipline, the day-to-day operations of all insurance rate and form filings and the continued proliferation of continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Led the Procurement organization responsible for the management of our supplier footprint and its associated yearly spend. Drove initiatives to implement best in class procurement practices (strategic sourcing, category management, partnering, supplier improvement program, etc.).Responsible for the enterprise wide continuous improvement team including the deployment of Lean.

Developed an enterprise wide continuous improvement program that changed an entire company's culture and drove industry leading improvement initiatives.

Led the sourcing and vendor management of Motorola's after sales mobile phone repair category ($250M+ year).

Spearheaded a transformation team to develop an Agile Supply Chain. Success was measured by aggressively reducing the cash conversion cycle time. In addition, $360M of inventory was eliminated from a $30B supply chain.

Led the deployment of Lean Manufacturing across all Motorola’s U.S. operations

Responsible for the operations and quality of Motorola handheld and mobile radios used by fire departments, police and other US government agencies.
