Ran the complete operations side of the cabinet division in a high-end design center environment. Worked with cabinet manufacturers and logistics companies to ensure on time delivery of cabinetry though our entire region, not only for our dealership, but many others utilizing the same product line throughout Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. Was also the acting Customer Service Manager who ordered all service parts and often met with clients in their homes to address issues and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction. Field supervision also included job site walks/punch, scheduling and overseeing installations, and service work.
