- Executive Oversight: Responsible for leading 11 national programs across eight western states and Guam. Manage efforts through three Assistant Regional Commissioners, the Economic and Information Analysis Branch Chief, a Regional Administrative Officer, a Management and Program Analyst, and an Administrative Specialist. Coach executive development of managers nationwide.- Operations and Resource Management: Direct the planning and execution of annual operating budget and federal-state cooperative agreements. Coordinate regional operations with peers to ensure consistency of data quality. Hold regular meetings with technical experts and division leaders to identify emergent challenges and innovate solutions. Oversee the regional operations of the Occupational Safety and Health Survey as executed by BLS.
